Are electromagnetic diaphragm equipment with long term lifespan, used for high precision fluid dosing.

They are made of high quality materials, resistant to a large range of chemicals and even acids.

The pump is controlled by a PTFE diaphragm mounted on the electromagnet piston.
When the piston of the electromagnet is attracted, a pressure is produced in the pump body with an expulsion of liquid from the discharge valve. Once the electric impulse is finished a spring brings the piston back to the initial position, with a recall of liquid through the suction valve.

As the operation is simple the pump does not need lubrication, therefore maintenance is reduced almost to zero.

The materials used for the construction of the pump make it particularly suitable for aggressive products.

The most common applications:

  • Water desinfection: The chemical reageants dosing makes this equpment ideal for continuous bacteria elimination from water, in household and industrial applications.
  • Wastewater treatment: Starting with de bigest factories and down to the local centers, all kind of  solid materials separation equipments use coagulation and floculation reagents on precise doses.
